By accessing and using the Uniadmit website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Description

Uniadmit provides study abroad consulting services including career counselling, university selection, application support, visa assistance, scholarship guidance, test preparation, and pre-departure support. The specific services and their scope will be detailed in your service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during applications.
  • Submit required documents on time.
  • Communicate promptly with your counselor.
  • Make timely payments for services.
  • Comply with visa regulations and university requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability

Uniadmit cannot guarantee admission to any specific university or visa approval. Final decisions rest with the institutions and immigration authorities.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in your agreement. Payments are non-refundable as per the cancellation & refund policy specified in your service contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Uniadmit site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Uniadmit and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms set out below. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before the date of termination.

  • Termination by the user: You may cancel your engagement by providing written notice to our support desk in line with your service agreement. Any cancellation will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation & refund policy.
  • Termination by Uniadmit: We may terminate or suspend the service relationship with written notice where you breach these Terms, fail to make payment when due, provide inaccurate information, or otherwise act in a manner that undermines the integrity of our services.
  • Notice requirements: Except where immediate termination is required to protect our legal or professional obligations, we will provide reasonable written notice of any termination.
  • Outstanding payments: Upon termination, all fees for services provided or committed up to the date of termination remain due and payable.
  • Relationship with refund policy: Any refunds, and the basis on which fees may be returned, are governed by our separate cancellation & refund policy, which forms part of your service agreement.
