This Modern Slavery statement is prepared for the purposes of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It outlines the approach taken by Uniadmit (and its verified legal entities and subsidiaries) to ensure that our business and supply chains are free of slavery and human trafficking, that all employees are treated with respect and dignity, are working under their own free will, and are being properly compensated for their effort.

We work with verified direct partners, suppliers, and educational institutions who share our commitment to ethical practices. Uniadmit assists students in accessing courses globally while ensuring that our supply chain remains transparent and fully aligned with our compliance arrangements.

Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We enforce strict values to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in the company or supply chain. Our Recruitment Policies and Code of Business Conduct mandate a workforce free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, or inhumane treatment of any kind.

We remain fully compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Risk Management and Due Diligence

To monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our global supply chain, we act through:

  • Checks on suppliers using external third parties (World Check-One).
  • Protecting whistleblowers who report unethical conduct in good faith.

Supplier Adherence

We do not tolerate slavery or human trafficking. Suppliers who fail to comply with our ethical standards are required to remedy non-compliance or face contract termination.

Training of Staff

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains, we require all staff to complete mandatory training and regular refresher courses.
