1. Scope of Services

Uniadmit provides premium educational consulting services, including university application assistance, document editing, and visa file support. Refunds are subject to the specific criteria outlined below.

2. Premium Services & Fees

While our core expert counselling is completely free, any fees paid for premium add-on services or external application processing are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Written request within 48 hours of payment (if no processing action has been initiated).
  • Partial Refund (50%): Requested after initiation of premium services but before final submissions.
  • Non-refundable: Once applications or documents are officially submitted to partner universities or relevant authorities.

3. Visa Rejection Policy

In the rare event that a visa is rejected:

  • 100% Refund: If rejection occurs due to documentation errors made solely by Uniadmit advisors.
  • No Refund: If rejection is due to fraudulent documents, lack of funds, or poor interview performance.

4. Processing & Timeline

All refund claims must be submitted formally to our Billing Department. Approved refunds will be processed back via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
